[Space Enterprise at Berkeley] Rocketry Mission Patches

Eureka-1 (E-1) is SEB's first liquid bipropellant vehicle, which is aiming to launch in November 2022. To make a patch suiting the mission, I wanted to integrate SEB's logo, E-1's profile, and UC Berkeley's official colors and "Fiat Lux" imagery.

Initial concept sketches! I toyed with the idea of having E-1 with the landscape of our launch site in the background but ultimately chose a simpler design that put the rocket front and center, and more closely resembling our team's logo.

Color scheme experimentation...

With the help of a friend, going from sketch to digitized design, and experimenting with variations on the "Fiat Lux" rays and arcs along the way. Our organization banner + logo for reference
